Returns and refunds

Our returns policy

If something is not right, you can send it back for a full refund within 90 days of receiving it. Unwanted items need to be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging.

We accept returns on every product we sell. Buying a gift? Our 90-day window means there is plenty of time to return it after the occasion.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like something different, return your item for a refund and place a new order. That way your new item reaches you as quickly as possible.

How to return an item

1. Email us at sales@perfumemarketuk.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. We will create a free Royal Mail returns label for you and email it back.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Print the label and stick it on the outside of the parcel.
5. Drop the parcel at any Post Office and ask for proof of postage. Keep it until your refund has arrived.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email us at sales@perfumemarketuk.com with your order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange a collection or send you a prepaid returns label, and handle your refund as a priority.

Faulty items do not need to be unused or in their original packaging.

Refunds

We process refunds within 1 working day of your return arriving with us. The money goes back to your original payment method, such as your card or PayPal account.

If you paid for delivery, we refund that too should your order be faulty. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
