We understand that sometimes things don't work out or you might receive a defective item. Our policy makes it easy to return items for a full refund within 90 days of receipt.
Returns
We accept returns sent back to us within 90 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging.
We offer a free UK returns label. Click here to generate your free returns label, with return shipping at no cost to you.
Please Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your item for a full refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a free return label at no cost to you and process your return as a priority with a full refund.
To report a faulty item, please contact us at sales@perfumemarketuk.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label.
Different return conditions apply to faulty items – they do not need to be unused or in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Click here to generate your free returns label. Include a note with your order number and the reason for the return inside the parcel. Ensure the item is well-packed in its original packaging and place the returns label on the outer packaging.
Take the parcel to your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage. Use the tracking number provided with the returns label to monitor the progress of your return. We recommend keeping your proof of postage safe until the refund is complete.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1 working day of your returned order arriving at our facility. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
The original shipping fee (if paid by the customer) will be refunded only if the entire order is returned. If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy
For purchases made between November 1st and December 24th, returns are accepted until January 31st of the following year. This ensures that all gifts purchased early have plenty of time to be returned after Christmas, giving recipients the opportunity to try their gifts after the holidays.
