When your order is dispatched
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday or UK bank holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched.

Tracking your order
Every order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24, depending on the option you choose at checkout. When your parcel is dispatched, we email you a confirmation with your tracking number.
