How we started
What began as a second income project on eBay has grown into something special. After helping customers find their perfect scent through our eBay store, we launched our own website. We are a small team with a simple ambition: to be a fragrance shop customers are happy to come back to.
What drives us
We believe designer fragrance should be within everyone's reach. Our aim is simple: bring you perfume and aftershave from well-known fragrance houses, at fair prices, with service that keeps you coming back.
Where our stock comes from
We buy all of our stock through established UK and European distributors and wholesalers. Every purchase is backed by a supplier invoice, and we keep full purchase records for everything we sell.
Products carry the manufacturer's original batch codes, so each item can be traced back through the supply chain. Supplier invoices and purchase records are available on request for platform and advertising verification.
Everything we sell is brand new, unused and sealed in its original branded retail packaging.
How we buy
Alongside regular stock, we purchase surplus, clearance and end-of-line lines through the same established distribution channels. Buying this way lets us offer a wide range of branded fragrance at fair prices.
How your order is handled
Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from Wellington, Somerset. Each item is checked before it leaves us, including the condition of its packaging.
Every order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is free, or Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £2.50, so you can follow your parcel to your door. If you have a question about your order, you will hear back from a real person.
